When you visit Cusco and Machu Picchu, you want a hostel that has all the necessary amenities, but not luxurious. A place to spend a few days in peace, calm and quiet, low-cost.That place is the HOSTAL PASCANA, we hope to be for you more than a hostel, your home in Cusco.

Our hostel is located in the historic city center, beside the most important building of the Inca Empire, the former Koricancha or Temple of the Sun (now Church and Convent of Santo Domingo). In the pedestrian street Awaqpinta # 539. A block from El Sol avenue, the main artery of Cusco and where are the post office, banks and ATMs. A tres cuadras de la Plaza de Armas. Three blocks from the Plaza de Armas.

Rooms

We have 16 rooms, including single, double and triple, with a total of 35 beds, all have private bathrooms and central heating.They are quite light and airy; beds with firm mattresses, wool melted blankets allowing a warm coat, have the space needed to place their belongings comfortably. Les aseguramos tranquilidad y silencio. We assure peace and quiet.

They have hot and cold water permanently and with enough pressure, because we have a tank and pressurization system, which feeds both the shower and the sink. Our system is mixed water heating, solar and electric, so you have hot water all the time.

Requirements to book the hotel

  • Departure Date
  • Full names
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Date of birth
  • Specify the type of accommodation (Single, Double, Double Triple).
  • Specify the category of site (2, 3, 4 or 5 stars).

  • Payment of 50% as warranty. Complete information of a valid credit card.
  • The prices are in promotion to be paid cash, any payment with credit card will have a charge of 8% to the whole price of the choosen tour.

Instructions to send the warranty payment

Send your payment by:

1. Western Union

You must send the payment with the name of our Agency Manager, please do not send the payment with other name.

With Western Union, you can send and get money quickly at any of our 117.000 agents or offices all over the world. Check on internet www.westernunion.com look for the nearest office of Western Union, ask for International sendings cashier, then you will get a form and you have to fill it in.

  1. Complete the form.
  2. Ensure you get the form to fill it in.
  3. The payement is in american dollars and write the amount in letters.
  4. Then write in numbers the amount you will send.
  5. Copy the receptionist information as follows:

  6. Do not forget to fill in your personal information. Pay to the cashier the amount you will send plus the charge of sending. You will be asked to display your identification. Once the deposit is done you will be given a bill that includes your MTCN:(Money Transfer Control Number).
  7. Send us a mail indicating the amount you are sending and the MTCN ,we will confirm the transference by e-mail or by phone., then we will proceed to make all the payments.

We send an e-mail confirm the transference and re-confirm your reserves.

2.- Banking Transference

It can be done at any bank, make the deposit with the following information:

  • Bank: Banco de Credito del Peru
  • Account number in dollars: 285-1730678-1-91
  • Name: Machupicchu E.I.R.L.
  • SWIFT: BCPLPEPL
  • The deposit must be sent under the name of Machupicchu E.I.R.L. (you can print this page).

Afterwards send us a mail with the following information :

  1. Date and hour of the Payment
  2. Operation and transaction numbers.
  3. Displayed name (it should be Machupicchu E.I.R.L. )
  4. Sent total amount
  5. Name of the bank where the transaction was done.

We will send a mail confirming the transaction and we will re-confirm your reserve as well.

4.- Money Bookers With your Credit Card.
